SOPHIE CINNAMON
MY BIG FAT Cinnamon Adventure
What this blog will offer
Just a heads up—everything here is based on my personal taste and experience, so take it with a pinch of salt (or cinnamon!) and feel free to try for yourself!
Variety
I will provide all sorts of cinnamon content from your classic roll, spicy churros and even cinnamon flavoured drinks. If its cinnamon related… I’m on it!
Honest ratings
I intend to provide honest reviews regarding the cinnamon treats, so then you can make your own judgement to go try them yourselves. I must reiterate it’s all my opinion.
International Buns
I am from the UK, where most of my reviews will be from, BUT as and when I travel the world I’ll be sure to try unique cinnamon bun recipes with different cultures and flavours!

Cinnamon Sophie
Hilariously I have decided to start a food blog but most specifically a blog about all things cinnamon. Like most people in their 20’s I have really struggled to figure out what it is I “want to do with my life”… this probably is not the answer, unless I want obesity & tooth decay, but eating delicious gooey cinnamon treats seems like a sweet place to start (pardon the pun), and I’m rather good at it.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough to go to countless countries to try new flavour and explore new cultures. As well as rating the cinnamon treats from around the globe, i’ll add in a few tips and recommendations about the areas I visit along the way.

TRAVELLING
Follow The Cinnamon Road
I’ve been lucky enough to trot around the globe, and let me tell you—there’s no shortage of weird and wonderful foods out there. From snacks I can’t pronounce to treats I’d happily move countries for, I’ve tried a bit of everything.
In this blog, I’ll be rating cinnamon buns from wherever I go, but also sharing my best travel tips (and maybe some cautionary tales). Think of it as a guide to all things delicious and useful—whether it’s finding the best must dos’, navigating public transport without looking like a lost tourist, or spotting the sneaky ways to save a few bucks. It’s all part of the adventure!
